Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, you may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition, with all product components included (such as product sleeve, inserts, sealed envelopes, and any other included materials). To start a return request, please email us at contact@burstday.com with your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without our acceptance of the return request cannot be processed.
In such cases, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. After receiving your return request, we will provide you with further instructions explaining how to arrange the return shipping and send the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of twenty Canadian dollars (CAD 20) per item, along with any applicable return shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund amount. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
We take care to ensure that all products are shipped in proper condition. In the event that an product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order by emailing contact@burstday.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. If the claim is accepted and the issue is confirmed to have occurred prior to delivery, or the item received does not correspond to the order placed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The label must be printed and securely attached to the return package before dropping it off at the designated carrier location. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels are fully removed from the product packaging without damaging the packaging, or completely covered by the new return label, so that the return label remains clearly visible and scannable. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the same payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Please note that we are unable to process claims for items reported more than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery, so we recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage our customers to check this policy as well as the Shipping Policy before placing an order. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
