Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUND:
If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. Please note that we cannot process returns beyond 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in perfect, resalable condition, and in its original packaging, including all components (e.g., product sleeve, insert, sealed envelope, assembly instructions, etc.).
Proof of purchase of the corresponding item is required for the return.
To initiate a return, please email our customer care team at contact@burstday.com, stating the reason for the return and attaching the proof of purchase.
If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with the specified timeframe for returning the item via Canada Post regular parcel service.
Refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the returned item is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, based on Canada Post’s current rates. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20 CAD per item will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for a refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We’re really sorry if your order arrives damaged or defective! If that happens, please provide us with your proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged or defective item within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@burstday.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we address these situations on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we are unable to process claims for items reported more than 7 calendar days after delivery, so we recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.
