Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within twenty-four (24) hours of successful payment, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Please note, that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as processing begins immediately. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Method and Costs
We offer our customers a fair shipping policy. We use live shipping rates, so you pay only the actual delivery cost - nothing extra added. We don’t hide shipping fees in the product price.
During the checkout process, you can select the preferred shipping carrier and shipping method from the available options displayed on the website and pay the applicable shipping fees. Shipping costs vary based on factors such as destination, selected carrier and shipping method.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship only to valid Canadian addresses. Please ensure that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We currently do not ship to certain provinces, territories, and remote locations in Canada, including but not limited to: Newfoundland and Labrador; Yukon; Nunavut; Northwest Territories; and certain remote postal codes, including G0C, G0J, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, R0A, R0C, S0G, S0H, S0J, T0P, T0V, V0R, V0L, V0T, V0V, and V0W. Please note that this list may be updated from time to time. We strongly encourage customers to verify that their delivery address does not fall within the restricted locations set forth herein prior to placing an order.
If your address falls within such restricted areas, you will not be able to complete checkout or your order may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipment.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are expanding quickly, and it will be available to you soon!
Delivery Details
We do not require signatures for deliveries. In most cases, your order will be either handed over to you or left at the door. However, if no one is available and/ or the package cannot be safely left at the delivery address, the carrier may either leave a delivery notice with pickup instructions or attempt to deliver the order again.
In the event you receive a pickup notice, the contact information provided at checkout should match that of the person picking up the order. When picking up your order, bring a government-issued photo ID matching the name provided at checkout, along with the delivery notice left by the carrier. Packages that cannot be delivered and are held at a carrier facility will typically be held for 5 to 15 business days, depending on the carrier’s policy in effect at the time. If the order is returned to us by the carrier due to non-pickup, or remains at a carrier facility for more than fifteen (15) calendar days, whichever occurs earlier, the order will be considered delivered and fulfilled. We encourage our customers to review the carrier’s delivery policies and instructions to avoid missed deliveries or delays in receiving their orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
We do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Depending on the shipping option you choose, most orders arrive within 2 to 10 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website when supported by the selected carrier.
Delivery Issues
We shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional fees, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout, or from circumstances beyond our control once the order has been handed to the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. For assistance or questions, you may also reach us at contact@burstday.com.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, you may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition, with all product components included (such as product sleeve, inserts, sealed envelopes, and any other included materials). To start a return request, please email us at contact@burstday.com with your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without our acceptance of the return request cannot be processed.
In such cases, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. After receiving your return request, we will provide you with further instructions explaining how to arrange the return shipping and send the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of twenty Canadian dollars (CAD 20) per item, along with any applicable return shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund amount. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
We take care to ensure that all products are shipped in proper condition. In the event that an product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order by emailing contact@burstday.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. If the claim is accepted and the issue is confirmed to have occurred prior to delivery, or the item received does not correspond to the order placed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The label must be printed and securely attached to the return package before dropping it off at the designated carrier location. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels are fully removed from the product packaging without damaging the packaging, or completely covered by the new return label, so that the return label remains clearly visible and scannable. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the same payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Please note that we are unable to process claims for items reported more than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery, so we recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage our customers to check this policy before placing an order. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
