Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Your order will be processed within 24 hours from the order payment. Please note that orders cannot be shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification with details on when your order is on its way. Please note, that once an order is placed, we're unable to modify or cancel it.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

After your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including the tracking number for your package. You can track your shipment in real-time via the Canada Post website.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS:

Delivery addresses must be valid Canadian addresses.

We do not require signatures for deliveries. If no one is available to receive the order, Canada Post may either leave the package at your door or leave a pick-up notice for you to retrieve it at a nearby Canada Post location.

When checking out, please ensure all information is accurate and complete before proceeding to payment. The contact information entered during checkout should match that of the person picking up the order. When picking up your package, bring a government-issued photo ID matching the name provided during checkout, along with your “ready for pick-up” email. Your order will be held for a maximum of 15 days at Canada Post locations. If not picked up within 15 days, the order will be considered as delivered.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS:

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@burstday.com within 2 days of the estimated delivery date.

DELIVERY TIME:

Orders are generally shipped within 2–7 days (depending on your location) via Canada Post's standard delivery time for regular parcels. Please note that delays may occur during busy periods or due to weather conditions. The estimated delivery time begins from the date of the shipping confirmation email.

DELIVERY AREAS AND SHIPPING FEES:

Ontario and Quebec: Fee shipping.

Other Provinces: A flat rate of 20.00 CAD applies to deliveries in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or the following postal codes: G0C, G0J, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, R0A, R0C, S0G, S0H, S0J, T0P, T0V, V0R, V0L, V0T, V0V, V0W.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are expanding quickly, and it will be available to you soon!
